Project Overview:

Everyone needs specialists to get their marketing projects completed, but coordinating graphic designers, social media managers, video editors and more gets complicated for founders and CEOs. I stepped in to help unify the team and push progress forward for each of the agency's clients.

Deliverables:

Create processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team to follow
Lead team meetings to boost progress and results
Provide input for hiring needs and candidate options
Onboard new team members and set expectations for success
Review team member work for quality and coach for future improvement
Track team progress to meet crucial deadlines for clients
Monitor and boost team culture for a fully remote team in multiple countries and timezones

What I Did:

I primarily used Notion and Slack to set up communication and training systems for the team to accomplish these deliverables.

Results:

When I started working with the team, the agency had about 5 team members.
There are now 16 team members.
We have scaled from 10 clients to 23
