The Talent Management App I for iOS is providing virtual talent management for over 45 000 digital content creators. I crafted a clean, intuitive UI/UX, anchored in iterative product development and user-centric design principles. The goal was to have a playful and engaging product, yet one that is intuitive to use and delivers the business results the users are looking for. Combining different feature sets for 3 separate membership levels, the app is designed for daily usage with intuitive use patterns and an AI Talent Manager that ties everything together with prompts and educational content.
