• Brief: Client had an app that connected freelancers from creative & tech industries to businesses looking for project resources. They found a high drop-off rate during the freelancer sign-up process and had reported some general UI issues raised by users.


• Solution: The app was tested with multiple users. We created primary user personas to help with audience targeting. We reduced the sign-up process significantly and implemented some best practices User Experience and User Interfaces techniques.
