This is a mock project assigned to me by a talent-sourcing company called FLiT Inc, hireflit.com.

The decision to venture into the ride-hailing sector stems from Jumia's commitment to meet evolving consumer needs and capitalize on emerging market opportunities. By expanding into the transportation industry, Jumia seeks to leverage its extensive network and brand recognition to establish a strong foothold in the market.

As a business analyst appointed to the project team, the primary objective is to contribute to successfully implementing the JRide initiative. Specifically, the focus was on developing comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements for the rider and driver mobile applications, as well as creating low-fidelity wireframes to guide the application design process.

1. Using Jira, document functional and non-functional requirements for the rider app and the driver app using user stories and develop acceptance criteria for both.

2. Using Figma, develop a low-fidelity wireframe for at least two pages.
