Lisa is a Career Coach and mentor to clients from around the world. She helps clients get clear on their job search through services such as resume writing, optimising their Linkedin profile, all-inclusive coaching and personal branding.

Process

The first stage of any Social Media Manage Process for me is the discovery call: Where I work with the client to determine why they are interested in improving their social media. What do they view as success when it comes to improving their online presence, each customer is different - some are focused on sales, leads or brand awareness; top of funnel efforts. (I do this via a video meeting or sending off a form for them to fill out, if they're busy) so we get the ball rolling as soon as possible.

Next Steps

Once I know the clients wants and needs - I do the research (primary and secondary). This also depends on the package they choose - It could differ from keyword research, hashtag research then social media research. A big part of this is competition analysis, for me understanding the competition and how the client provides a solution to their ideal client. This help with putting together their content strategy. However, for a big package - a social media strategy is made to ensure that the business goals align with the social media strategy and the client can understand how each action that is taken will be useful to their business.

Before going live with content

I create a calendar that will suit clients comfortability and workflow, which helps both of us have an overview of how we are working making sure each campaign runs simultaneously. This helps them feel relieved plus have a plane view of what is happening. The client is welcome to provide a workspace - or I can provide a shared workspace for us via Notion for Project Management. For this project - I create a content calendar via google workspace where I shared a content strategy calendar that included the following; hashtags, captions, graphics, Posting date + Overall Social media strategy. I record videos as examples with recommended audio for clients to record which I edited posted after clients review + approval, bi weekly.

Finally

Once everything's working beautifully, it's time to keep the momentum going and build engagement online. This also includes A/B testing content to gain insight into customers ideal clients language, preferences and engage with depending on the package client picks. For this one - I focused on 15mins engagement daily as part of the engagement strategy.



Results:

Instagram reach increased by 1,908%. Resulting to an engagement increase total of 21.20%
