Recustom – SaaS B2B Platform UI/UX Designer

Project Overview: For Recustom, a SaaS B2B platform, I was responsible for designing the entire user interface across multiple user levels, including owner UI, organization admin UI, and user UI. The project involved creating a seamless experience for different user personas while maintaining consistency and ease of use.

Key Contributions:

Owner UI Design: Designed the owner-level interface, focusing on providing comprehensive control over the platform's key functionalities, including managing organizations and users, overseeing data analytics, and controlling permissions. The design enabled easy navigation and high-level management insights for platform owners.

Organization Admin UI: Developed the admin interface with tools tailored for managing teams, workflows, and resources within their respective organizations. Ensured the interface was both functional and intuitive for admins to oversee operations efficiently.

User Interface: Created an intuitive user-level experience, focusing on ease of access to key features, task management, and collaboration tools. Simplified the UI to accommodate a wide range of user technical proficiencies.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Produced wireframes and interactive prototypes for testing and validation, ensuring the designs met the needs of various user roles. Feedback from real users was incorporated to enhance usability and address any pain points.

Responsive Design: Ensured that all interfaces were fully responsive and optimized for different devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Collaboration & Iteration: Worked closely with stakeholders and developers throughout the project lifecycle, adjusting designs based on feedback and ensuring a smooth handoff to the development team.
