Product Illustration

Create product illustrations for the landing page. My role was to come up with happy and energetic illustrations that showcase the features and explains the product visually.

Studysid is a team of dynamic & driven individuals. Their common goal is to make life really easy for every student as they search, discover & book from over 2000 classes & private tutors in Mumbai.

I worked with Darshan Gajara. He was working as a product manager and he approached me for product illustrations that support Ui and Ux. He briefed me on the project’s specifications, estimated timescale, target audience, and whatever might fit the project.

Problem & Solution:

The existing page of Studysid was pretty boring and cold. There were not enough visitors on the page. Because it was related to students, the goal was to make it happening, interesting, and visually appealing.

Adding colorful and meaningful illustrations could help the page in getting more followers and visitors. This can also lead the parents and students to get the services Studysid had to provide.

Before settling on a style, I started collecting inspirational, beautiful examples for the mood-board. I then added them to Invision and shared it with Darshan.

I created the first sketch from the approved reference. And added two color different color palettes to it.

Once an illustration style and color has been green lit by him, I applied it to every Illustration. This was the longest phase in my illustration process. And it got reflected on the consistent quality.

Results:

Studysid illustration process became much easier because of Darshan Gajara. Thanks a lot! I would want students to go to the page and find the best tutors for their coaching classes. The Co-founders were really happy to see these illustrations as they added life to their product.
