PhonePe Pulse represents an exploratory initiative accessible to anyone keen on understanding the evolution of digital payments in India. Whether utilised by a university student seeking data for research papers or a journalist gathering insights on trends within the financial services industry, it serves as a valuable resource.

Let's talk about some of the sections on the website.

This section tells about how core PhonePe metrics like App installs, Merchant growth etc. have moved over time.

This page is specifically designed for the consumer to explore the India map and interact on it to see various digital payment data across all the states.

As the audience and use cases differ among individuals, we did not establish a specific success metric. Instead, we monitored social media, online blog posts, or reports where individuals shared their thoughts about the Pulse website or the published data. This was one of our desired outcomes for the website.

Implementing new features and refining the webpabe design in response to user feedbacks and product requirements.
