Split Testing is a full-service Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) agency committed to transforming website visitors into loyal customers. With a focus on user testing, data analysis, and AI-driven software, the agency aims to deliver measurable results that enhance user engagement and drive conversions. This case study outlines the process of redesigning Split Testing's website to better reflect its mission and improve overall user experience.
But here's where it got interesting:

1 . Outdated Website Design:

The existing website did not effectively communicate Split Testing's core services and expertise. The design felt outdated and lacked the modern aesthetics necessary to appeal to potential clients in a competitive market.

2 . Complex User Navigation:

Users found it challenging to navigate the website and locate essential information about services, case studies, and contact details. A clear and intuitive navigation structure was required to enhance the user experience.

3 . Showcasing Results:

Split Testing needed to effectively showcase its success stories and case studies to build credibility and demonstrate its impact on clients' businesses. This required a dedicated section that highlighted measurable results achieved through their CRO strategies.

The website was redesigned with a contemporary and professional look that aligned with Split Testing's brand identity. A cohesive color scheme, engaging visuals, and streamlined typography were implemented to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

2 . Intuitive Navigation Structure:

A user-centered navigation structure was established to allow visitors to access information quickly and efficiently. Key sections such as "Services," "Case Studies," "Blog," and "Contact Us" were clearly defined, ensuring that users could find what they were looking for without frustration.

3 . Highlighting Success Stories:

A dedicated case study section was created, showcasing specific examples of how Split Testing's strategies have delivered measurable results for clients.
