• Acquire knowledge from SME (Internal/Client) as per the training calendar defined for the client Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards
• Outbound call process-Calling up the Applicants and taking the first round of interviews to identify if they meet client requirements.
• Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stake holders
• Taking ownership of reporting work in the process Review and suggest updates for Standard Operating Procedures Handle critical and higher difficult client requests
• Escalate non-compliance issues of process/procedures as per protocol Designing and Understanding the making of Error Trend Reports Identify, share, support and implement operational improvements
