Performance tracking : Recently, for the company we are currently implementing setting up templates in Notion for each individuals for setting up KPIs for month by month basis, as well as annually. Idea being, we setup major goals and then break down those goals for month level also and updating it during 1-1 (one - on - one's), preferably to be conducted every 2 weeks or at least once a month.
This helps to keep a transparency during appraisals and company and employees career, financial and learning goals are effectively managed and also fosters healthy environment.
