For Pretty Pups Petcare, I have developed cohesive brand guidelines, and led successful marketing campaigns that have helped expand grooming services in Howard and Baltimore county.

Emily, the owner of Pretty Pups, reached out to me after a recommendation as she transitioned from a larger grooming company to starting her own mobile grooming business. In our conversations, I explored her core values as a groomer and the vision for Pretty Pups.
We identified key priorities like Comfort, Pet Safety, Professionalism, and Friendliness—qualities often overlooked in larger companies focused on quantity over relationships. With a clear understanding of her goals, I crafted a logo, identity system, and brand guide for her marketing materials, including business cards, flyers, and coupons. It was rewarding to help lay a foundation that reflects her commitment to pet care.
Since opening, Pretty Pups has successfully expanded into a brick-and-mortar business, now featuring multiple groomers located in Laurel, MD. Over time, I’ve used these visual guidelines to strengthen their brand across various touchpoints. They have played a key role in marketing campaigns announcing service expansions in Howard and Baltimore counties, as well as new products and services.
As the business has grown, I have helped create internal documents, employee uniforms, digital ads, decals, brochures, magnets, and vehicle wraps, all while preserving Pretty Pups’ distinct visual identity. It’s been exciting to see how these elements create a cohesive brand presence that resonates with their loyal clientele.
