Athlete’s Mental Health

Athletes are known to the world that they test their body’s limits.
There is no force from stopping one to go big and beyond in the competing world.
Though their body aches and their mind is racing, every mistake can change the mind and body.
The brain mentally attacking itself of every mistake that comes in.
Missteps, foggy brain, imbalanced- and nightmare of living not being good enough with just one misstep.
“It was just a bad day, it’ll be okay.”
It wasn’t, pure hell in the mind telling you
“You are not worth for this sport”
As the heart says,
“Pick your body up and do it again until you get it right.”
Again. Again. Again. Do it until you get it right.
