Building an international student community spreads kindness and help to unprivileged individuals in Taiwan, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, we support more than 1000 college students with Food banks and basic needs, and save many lives of illegal fishermen.

We have developed companionship with various Taiwanese organizations to have our Food Bank enriched in abundance, necessity, and LOVE. DA AI (大愛）and Fagushan, well-known Budha Organizations, are our biggest sponsorships.

Client Service: provide initial contacts and answer all client questions based on the knowledge of Bank products and financial solutions =) I enhanced client satisfaction promptly and accurately. I also upgraded my organizational skills to prioritize customers in a fast-paced environment.

Account Management: gathering financial information, processing transactions, and updating client records monthly =) assists my RM in closing deals, managing client's data, and minimizing errors in client information.

Compliance:  ensures all client interactions and transactions comply with bank policies and regulations =) I foster the trust and reputation of the bank and its clients when the bank known for its adherence to rules is seen as a safe and reliable financial institution.
