BACKGROUND:
Pinterest operates a software system designed to enable discovery of information on the world wide web using images and on a smaller scale, GIFs and videos. Today Pinterest's main focus is to offer the best platform for brands to connect with influencers.
MY ROLE:
I was the art director and senior communication presentation designer.
GOALS:
The main goal was to show the typical Pinterest user's passion to help brand growing their visibility online and show why Pinterest is the best social media platform to get brand awareness.
DESIGN PROCESS:
I used design thinking methodology and tools to generate breakthrough ideas and co-create an improved customer experience journey with the following aims:
01. Acquire an exhaustive and nuanced understanding of the social media environment.
02. Improve Pinterest’s effectiveness by becoming a more empathetic service provider.
