Designing a Booking App with appropriate attention to the current day booking app challenges and solution
Design an event booking mobile application that allows users to browse, book, and manage event tickets.
The app should focus on user experience and address common pain points associated with event booking. Use the 5 stages of the design thinking process to guide the development.
Project Goals
Understand the needs and pain points of potential users.
Ideate solutions that enhance the user experience.
Prototype and test the application to ensure usability and functionality.
