Curbing Fraudulent & Increasing Customer Trust in Banking

TEAM & GOAL

A squad of five cross-functional teams including data analytics, fraud experts, engineering, and a designer was challenged to innovate using financial footprint data & AI monitor suspicious behaviour of customers and help reduces legal cost and issues for the organisation.

SUMMARY & LINK

This project as lean and fast. Initial research was already carried out by the business team and I was involved at the last phrase to create designs and also deliver source files for fast delivery.

ROLE

In this project, I was the sole User experience engineer on the team responsible for research, user experience design, and development.
In addition to the design process, I also converted all the designs into frontend (HTML, CSS & JavaScript) assets and handoff to the engineering team for conversion to C# and API integration.
