A simple and convenient way to pay your bills

A common problem for people living in the Philippines when it comes to paying bills is that it usually means lining up for several minutes to hours in payment centres. How can one settle their bills without wasting precious time?
Some context to consider as well are:
- Filipinos prefer to pay in cash most of the time.
- While several banks offer online banking services that include being able to pay your bills, a lot of Filipinos do not even have bank accounts. Credit card penetration is also low.
- Not all service providers are accredited with a single payment centre. This may mean you have to go to more than one place to pay a bill for another.
- Filipinos are quick adopters of technology, especially mobile phones.
The goal
Given the points above, I came up with a design for a client, Globe Telecom, that aims to make it more convenient for anyone to pay their bills and save precious time: find someone else to line up and pay the bills for them in exchange for a fee.
The designs below demonstrate the flow of collecting bill payments via web or mobile app.
