Here are some of the projects that I've worked on. These are high-scale, subscription-based digital products.

Success case:

This is one of the high-scale projects that I've worked on. The monthly spend was around 92k, but because of the product niche seasonality, it gets even higher, up to 100k+ per day.
Such scale is achievable because of testing methodologies. During my time working with high-scale projects, I have developed my own best practices to test creatives, audiences, and scaling techniques.
Depending on the product itself, to achieve at least half of such daily spending, it is necessary to test a high amount of creatives (around 100-150 per week). Then, evaluate them, to see what works and what doesn't and brief the creative team accordingly.
It is also needed to test a lot of different audiences to find what works and what doesn't.
Once I find winning creatives and winning audiences it's time for scaling.
