Overview
Goal: Contextual design feedback for creatives, by creatives
The concept behind Fairlight is based on the importance of feedback when it comes to creative work. The lack of dedicated tools for this purpose sparked the idea for a community-oriented platform where designers could ask for quality feedback from professionals in the industry.
Process
1.Competitive Analysis
A competitive analysis was conducted to gain strategic insights into the key competitor’s solutions when it comes to design feedback and to understand their strengths and weaknesses.
2.Online Survey
A survey was conducted among 20 designers to find more about the current process through which they go in order to receive feedback.
3. User Flow
A flow diagram representing the user journey within the tool was created based on the gather insights.
