I thoroughly examined the portal's homepage, highlighting its positive aspects such as an exceptional color palette, efficient information organization, clear menu structure, and robust search functionality. However, I also identified areas for improvement, including mobile compatibility issues and text legibility concerns. To enhance citizen experience, I recommended addressing these issues and proposed the consideration of user personas, including people with special needs, elderly users, illiterate individuals, and those with limited computer literacy. Additionally, I suggested implementing new features such as guided tours, 24/7 support, comprehensive information pages, user profiles, secure transactions, user surveys, and real-time updates. Furthermore, I advocated for the integration of an AI-powered chatbot and virtual assistant to provide immediate assistance, enhance accessibility, and streamline user interactions.
