Experienced Real Estate Marketer / Cold Caller calling different set of lists like Vacant, Expired, Foreclosure, Probate, Tax Deed, Free and Clear and Absentee.- Knowledgeable in using different dialers like Mojo Dialer, CallTools- CRM like Podio, Salesforce , Zoho and Streak- Committed, dedicated and value everyone’s time- Have the ability to drive and manage active communication between client buyers, client sellers, contractors and Investors- Capable and willing to perform multiple duties within limited time frames.- Able to communicate with clients at least once a week to check on their needs.- Keep the CEO updated with all communication with clients to maintain continuity of communication between client, assistant and agent.
