Vitaloop: Comprehensive Health Tracking Mobile App

Health tracking apps often overwhelm users with data but fail to make it actionable. People want to understand their health trends at a glance, not dig through spreadsheets. We needed to build a cross-platform health companion that makes complex biometric data feel simple, personal, and motivating.

We prioritized data visualization and user experience above everything. Every screen was designed to answer one question clearly. The backend was built on Supabase for real-time sync and scalability, with push notifications keeping users engaged without being intrusive.

Health Dashboard Built a comprehensive dashboard with area charts that visualize health metrics over time. Users can track weight, heart rate, sleep, hydration, steps, and custom metrics. Each chart uses smooth gradient fills and interactive touch points for detailed data inspection.

Smart Notifications Implemented a push notification system that sends contextual reminders based on user goals and habits. Notifications adapt to user behavior patterns, reducing alert fatigue while maintaining engagement.

Theme Customization Designed a full theming engine that lets users personalize their experience with custom color schemes, Dark Mode, and adjustable data density. Every theme variant maintains WCAG accessibility standards.

Goal Setting & Progress Tracking Users set daily, weekly, and monthly health goals with visual progress indicators. The app celebrates milestones with micro-animations and provides gentle nudges when users fall behind.

Data Sync & Export Real-time data synchronization across devices via Supabase Realtime. Users can export their health data in CSV and PDF formats for sharing with healthcare providers.

Secure Health Data All health data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Authentication uses Supabase Auth with biometric login support for quick, secure access.
