Project Description

A sales agency was wasting time manually reading and scoring inbound leads before routing them to the right rep. Built an n8n automation that receives inbound messages via webhook, uses Claude to classify intent as Hot, Warm or Cold, routes hot leads directly into Close CRM, and logs all leads to Airtable.
Claude scores every inbound lead by buying intent in seconds with no manual review, so reps only see leads that are ready to talk
Hot leads automatically created in Close CRM for immediate rep follow-up, cutting first-response time from hours to the moment the lead arrives
All leads logged to Airtable regardless of score for full pipeline visibility, giving the agency a complete picture without any manual data entry
