I was engaged as a real estate advisor, content design expert and digital marketing strategist for an ambitious luxury residential development in the heart of the historical center of Florence, Italy, a project worth more than €30M.

Opera is one of the most significant residential restoration projects in the city. It will give no life to a part of the old municipal theater complex. The project will restore four 19th-century buildings to create 30 luxury apartments.

I managed and executed various components of the sales and marketing phase: starting from comprehensive services including market research, strategic advisory, and go-to-market strategy, the role encompassed comprehensive development and management of graphic design and presentation materials, including digital content such as ads and social media posts, as well as commercial brochures and newspaper ads.

Additionally, services included executing the Digital Marketing strategy for the owner, concentrating on Web Design, SEO & SEM, Social Media Ads, and Google Ads.

During the research & development phase, I executed a comprehensive market research and comparables analysis, followed by a product development phase aimed at finetuning the apartment design and layouts in order to fit the market demand and position the project for the sales phase.

In the sales & marketing preparation phase, I managed and executed the marketing plan with a focus on the digital marketing strategy, planning and budgeting and all the relevant content design.

The deliverables of my work include sales brochures, technical presentations, social media pages and content, social media ads, web design, SEO and SEM.
