Here's what the schedule includes: - Full WBS structure across 6 phases; Initiation, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing & Commissioning, and Handover - 25+ activities with realistic durations and Finish-to-Start predecessor logic - 6 resources assigned across all phases; Project Manager, Lead Engineer, Procurement Officer, Site Supervisor, HSE Officer, and Construction Crew - Cost loading of $1.6M across all activities with expense categories - S-Curve generated showing cumulative budget distribution - Baseline locked and constraints applied showing critical path analysis - Project duration: 12 months (Feb 2024 - May 2025) - Total budget: $1,628,000 - Critical path identified with -53d float , showing real schedule pressure

I Turned 4,000 projects ($4.57bn portfolio) into a 3-part risk dashboard Key findings: 1. $2.26bn (49%) of budget is at risk, 762 projects flagged Critical 2. Risk doesn't fade as projects mature, it spikes again at Execution 3.Surprisingly, Senior/Mixed teams showed the highest critical-risk concentration, not Juniors meaning process maturity mattered more than experience 4.Budget utilization is highest at Initiation (~97%) and drops by Execution (~94%), the riskiest financial calls happen earliest, with the least information. Built end-to-end in Power BI.
