Looking from the central house’s terrace, the guest house is revealed along the slope, creating a visual dialogue between the buildings, terraces, and the surrounding landscape.

TA House – House design and Arch Viz Project Lipa City, Philippines TA House explores the dialogue between geometry, texture, and nature. Composed of clean horizontal volumes, natural stone textures, and vertical timber screens, the design blends warmth with precision. Large openings and cantilevered frames invite filtered tropical light while preserving shade and privacy creating a calm balance between openness and enclosure.Developed and visualized using 3ds Max, D5 Render, Photoshop, and AutoCAD, this module captures how geometry, material, and landscape coexist in rhythm forming a home that feels grounded, serene, and alive. Tools: 3ds Max | D5 Render | Photoshop | AutoCAD Tags: #TAHouse #Architecture #TropicalDesign #FacadeDesign #HouseDesign #3DRendering #PhilippinesArchitecture #DesignJourney #ModernTropical

Contemporary design meets elevated curb appeal. Clean lines, bold materials, and natural landscaping create a modern home built for light, space, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Really enjoyed this project.

The Cabin is a lightweight retreat nestled into the mountains, set within a working coffee plantation where the landscape is alive and the land carries meaning. Designed from the ground up around one guiding principle - intervene as little as possible - the cabin is elevated on "pilotes", lifting it gently above the hillside without altering the plantation beneath. This structural choice naturally led to a light construction system, one that adapts to the mountain rather than fighting it.

Excited to share my latest project: AICHA Bridal Store – Facade Design ✨ In this concept, I explored how lighting can go beyond functionality to become a key architectural element in shaping identity and emotion. The facade is designed to create a soft, elegant presence through a pastel color palette, diffused illumination, and transparent display windows that highlight the dresses as the main visual focus. The goal was to design more than just a storefront—an experience that attracts, engages, and enhances the perception of the brand. By carefully balancing ambient glow, accent lighting, and visual hierarchy, the façade guides the eye from the signage to the display and into the entrance. I’d love to hear your thoughts and feedback!

Bold & Bespoke: Luxury Micro-Apartment Visualizations 🌇✨ Project Overview: Luxury Micro-Apartment Micro-living doesn’t have to mean compromising on high-end design or vibrant aesthetics. For this luxury micro-apartment concept, the goal was to showcase how daring textures and smart spatial planning can completely elevate a compact footprint. I focused on highlighting the distinct personality of each zone. From the striking coral ribbed walls in the living area and the bold geometric wallpaper in the study, to the sleek, contrasting wood cabinetry in the kitchen and the floor-to-ceiling striated stone in the bathroom. The challenge—and the triumph—of this project was ensuring the lighting felt natural and expansive, allowing the rich materials to breathe without making the small spaces feel cluttered. The Studio & My Role: I developed this project as the Founder and Senior 3D Visualizer at Ocular Design Studio. Building my own studio has allowed me to push creative boundaries and maintain a hands-on approach to every pixel. Drawing on over six years of professional experience in the architectural visualization industry, I ensure that every render we produce meets the absolute highest global standards. What I Bring to Your Next Project: Material & Texture Mastery: Expertly simulating complex surfaces like ribbed acoustics, graphic wallpapers, and luxury stone to give your designs a tactile realism. Lighting for Compact Spaces: Strategically balancing artificial and natural light to make micro-apartments and intimate spaces feel airy and inviting. Creative Partnership: As a founder and lead visualizer, I don’t just render; I collaborate with you to find the best camera angles, styling, and mood to sell your unbuilt vision. Looking for a rendering partner who treats your designs with an owner's attention to detail? I specialize in translating complex CADs, sketches, and mood boards into breathtaking photorealistic marketing assets. I am currently taking on remote freelance contracts and collaborating with ambitious architects, interior designers, and developers all over the world. Let’s build something extraordinary together. Drop me a message to discuss your next project! 📩
