There's a famous marketing saying: "If you're talking to everyone, you're talking to no one." And that's where positioning comes in. Positioning is the process of defining: What you do How you do it Who you do it for But, why is it important? Because it helps: Tackle the right problem Differentiate you from competitors Appeal to the right audience Make your message clear Increase prices Here's a great example of great positioning: "Shopify helps people start an online store with ease so they can sell products they love and make a living." Your position statement should be easy to understand and explain clearly what you offer. So, what's your positioning statement?

Fitness Product | Twitter MadMuscles’ primary objective for this campaign was to increase target audience traffic to their website and boost sign-ups. Upon visiting the MadMuscles website, consumers are able to fill out a questionnaire and conveniently pay to get their customized workout plan. In order for the campaign to be successful it was therefore paramount to convert interested consumers to signed up users. The Solution During the three-month campaign duration, MadMuscles strategically targeted an 18+ years male audience on Twitter across multiple countries and operating systems including iOS, Android, and desktop. I implemented Twitter’s Web Conversion and purchase optimization in order to optimize for conversions. By configuring UTM parameters I assisted MadMuscles in utilizing UTM codes to precisely capture campaign impact via their internal tracking tools. The campaign first launched in the US market with a single ad group and a singular creative approach. However encouraged by the positive pilot campaign performance, MadMuscles swiftly replicated the strategy across various markets, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, South Africa, the Netherlands, Canada, Chile, Ireland, Sweden, Peru, and numerous others.

Mental Health App – Quiz Funnel (Meta & TikTok Ads) Worked with a mental health app focused on wellness, anxiety, and self-regulation. The project involved launching paid user acquisition campaigns on Meta and TikTok from a brand-new ad account. I focused on a quiz-based funnel with free trials, aiming to a CPA (subscription) of $30 and for a 45% ROI by day 9. Main GEO: the US. I was deeply involved in creative development, collaborati:ng with motion and graphic designers to produce static and video ads. Despite starting from scratch, I launched campaigns that began hitting KPI targets within the first few weeks and scaled performance steadily

Facebook Ads and Google Ads Media Buyer | Digital Strategy Client Goal: The client, a ticket selling business, sought to boost purchases and harness the potential of digital advertising to expand its customer base and revenue streams. My Contribution: As the digital marketing ads specialist, I spearheaded the efforts to achieve the client's goal of increasing purchases and leveraging digital advertising platforms effectively. Implementation of Tracking: I initiated robust tracking mechanisms to monitor and analyze user behavior, allowing us to gain insights into the customer journey and optimize advertising campaigns accordingly. Defined Media Strategies for Meta and Google Ads: Recognizing the significance of both Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google Ads in reaching target audiences, I crafted tailored strategies for each platform. These strategies encompassed audience segmentation, ad formats, budget allocation, and messaging to maximize campaign effectiveness. Tested Different Optimization Models: To enhance campaign performance and drive conversions, I experimented with various optimization models, including bid strategies, ad placements, and targeting parameters. Through rigorous A/B testing and data analysis, we refined our approach to optimize ad delivery and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Balanced Awareness and Performance Activities: Acknowledging the importance of building brand awareness while driving conversions, I orchestrated a strategic mix of awareness and performance campaigns (client's request). While awareness campaigns aimed to broaden the brand's reach and visibility, performance activities were meticulously crafted to drive immediate actions and purchases. Project Success Summary: Through collaborative efforts and strategic execution, the project yielded remarkable success in unlocking the potential of digital advertising for the client's ticket selling business. Significant Increase in Purchases: The implementation of targeted media strategies and optimization techniques resulted in a substantial uptick in purchases, exceeding the client's expectations and revenue targets. Enhanced Campaign Performance: By continuously refining our approach and leveraging data-driven insights, we achieved heightened campaign performance metrics, including improved CPP and ROAS. Expanded Customer Reach and Engagement: Our comprehensive digital advertising initiatives enabled the client to reach and engage with a broader audience segment, fostering brand loyalty and driving repeat purchases. (Email marketing was also suggested and let do great amount of purchases from loyal clients) Positive ROI and Business Growth: The successful execution of the digital advertising campaigns translated into a positive return on investment (ROI) for the client, laying the foundation for sustained business growth and market expansion. In conclusion, the collaborative efforts and strategic initiatives undertaken to unlock digital advertising success for the ticket selling business exemplify the transformative impact of effective digital marketing strategies in achieving business objectives and driving tangible results. As the digital marketing ads specialist, I am committed to delivering excellence and driving measurable outcomes for our clients, and I am confident that our continued partnership will pave the way for continued success and innovation in the digital landscape.

As a creative strategist - using ai in my workflow greatly cuts down on the back and forth. By integrating what I call an AI "rough-cut" or "pre-visualization" of the concept I am briefing for - I am able to provide a LOT more clarity to either the creator or AI engineer I am handing off to in the next step. To be able to do this - I need to understand how to generate accurate UGC quality videos myself - so that the AI roughcut is close enough to what i want the intended final deliverable to be. The role of creative strategist is increasingly becoming AI generalist 👩🏼💻 🤖

long time no intro! I'm Julianna - the brain behind @creativesbyjulianna - and a performance creative strategist / director with 4 years of experience leading socials and strategy on accounts ranging from IRL community social clubs to gossipy AI chat apps. I love diving deep into product, marketing, and consumer research and figuring out how to translate messaging into creative that actually lands — no matter how weird or niche the challenge. My background is in data analytics, which means I don't just come with vibes. Every concept I pitch is built on a psychological human lever and backed by performance data worth testing. The idea has to feel true plus prove itself on paper. 📈 My workflow is something I genuinely pride myself on. I use tools and automations to reduce friction at every step — because what I'm trying to achieve with creative direction should actually get executed, with minimal back-and-forth. Efficiency is baked into the brief. I'm a fast integrator. I'll jump into your team, learn your process, and make it better where there are gaps. I take initiative, I test things on my own, and I genuinely think learning is cool and gatekeeping is dumb. If your creative isn't converting — it's probably a brief problem. Good news is that's fixable! If you are building something cool that you are passionate about - let's chat.

High-Converting Google Ads Campaign for Plumbing Business

That's the question every local service business should ask before investing in Google Ads. Many business owners assume that more clicks mean more jobs. Unfortunately, that's not always true. I've seen roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies spend hundreds—or even thousands—of dollars on clicks that never turned into a single booked job. That's where Google Local Services Ads (LSA) changes the game. Instead of paying every time someone clicks your ad, you generally pay when a potential customer contacts your business. Your business can also appear at the very top of Google Search, helping you stand out when people are actively looking for a local service provider. But here's what many people don't realize... 👉 Simply creating an LSA account doesn't guarantee more leads. Google looks at more than your budget. Factors like your response time, customer reviews, business profile, service categories, and how well you manage your leads all play a role in your visibility. In other words... The businesses getting the most calls aren't always spending the most money—they're usually the ones with the best-optimized accounts. If you're a local service business, ask yourself: ✔️ Are you responding to leads quickly? ✔️ Are your service categories set up correctly? ✔️ Are you consistently collecting new reviews? ✔️ Are you managing every lead inside your LSA dashboard? Small improvements in these areas can make a big difference in the quality and volume of your leads. 💬 I'd love to hear from you. Are you currently using Google Local Services Ads, or are you still relying only on traditional Google Ads? What's been your biggest challenge so far? Let's discuss it in the comments. #GoogleLocalServicesAds #GoogleLSA #GoogleAds #LeadGeneration #LocalMarketing #DigitalMarketing #RoofingMarketing #HVACMarketing #PlumbingMarketing #ElectricianMarketing #SmallBusiness #PPC
