US property owners managing renovations juggle scopes, service orders, and contractors across calls and spreadsheets. Renovate360 puts that workflow in one place, on web and mobile. I designed and built the AWS serverless backend: Lambda for compute, DynamoDB for data, CloudFormation for infrastructure as code. No servers to manage, costs that scale with usage. The platform covers property registration, project scoping, service order management, and real-time tracking across owners, managers, and providers, with a web app and React Native mobile app for on-site teams.

Alma Collective, a fitness booking platform for the Greek market, was stuck: half-built by a previous developer, unstable, and nowhere near launch-ready. I took over the codebase, stabilized it, completed the missing core flows, and carried it to public launch across web and mobile (React Native). What shipped: User app: discover and filter classes (yoga, Pilates, dance), book and pay per session, QR check-in on arrival Partner portal: venue listings, class scheduling, payouts, subscriptions Payments: Stripe with Apple Pay and Google Pay, pay-as-you-go and subscriptions

BioSonic is an AI-driven platform for analyzing bat acoustics used by research teams across Europe. I built the full web portal from scratch and transformed it into a high-performance, scalable system capable of handling multi-terabyte datasets. My role covered full-stack development, infrastructure optimization, and performance engineering. I optimized Supabase RPCs and SQL queries, achieving 5× faster data retrieval and 240% faster file loading, while stabilizing AWS services to eliminate downtime. I also enhanced the SQS-based job distribution system for parallel data processing and implemented EC2 monitoring tools for better reliability and proactive scaling. This project showcases my ability to own complex systems end-to-end, improve large-scale performance, and deliver production-ready solutions under tight deadlines, all while maintaining clear communication and client satisfaction. “Hammad created our web portal from nothing in 3 months, optimized it beyond expectations, and always went the extra mile.” — Josef Carlson

Social Followers is an e-commerce platform built to sell social media marketing packages for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. The business needed a fast, low-risk way to validate demand and start taking orders before investing in full supplier automation. I delivered a focused first release with a service catalog, guest and registered-user carts, price-locked checkout, Stripe payments, order tracking, an admin fulfillment dashboard, wallet refunds, and queued email notifications. The system is also structured for future integration with external service providers. I built the platform with Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Stripe, Tailwind CSS, and Jest. Verified Stripe webhooks are the source of truth for payments, while database transactions and idempotency controls prevent duplicate payment attempts and orders. Item-level state management supports partial fulfillment and automatic wallet credits when a service fails. I also implemented JWT authentication, role-based access, email verification, password recovery, rate limiting, localization, responsive interfaces, and automated tests for the main purchase flow and edge cases.

Amazon Performance That Speaks Through Data, Not Assumptions. Sustainable growth on Amazon is built on strategic execution—not short-term tactics. Over the last seven days, this seller account maintained consistent sales momentum through a combination of advanced PPC optimization, data-driven decision-making, listing enhancements, and continuous performance monitoring. Every optimization focused on improving profitability while protecting organic rankings. From refining keyword targeting and bid strategies to monitoring customer behavior, advertising efficiency, and account health, each decision was backed by measurable performance data rather than guesswork. Successful Amazon brands don't simply increase advertising budgets—they optimize every stage of the customer journey. A well-structured advertising strategy, conversion-focused product listings, inventory planning, and ongoing analytics work together to create scalable and sustainable business growth. If you're looking to reduce wasted ad spend, improve conversion rates, increase organic visibility, and scale your Amazon business with a proven, performance-driven approach, let's connect and discuss how the right strategy can unlock your brand's full potential. Turning data into profitable growth is what separates successful Amazon brands from the competition. #AmazonSeller #AmazonFBA #AmazonPPC #AmazonSEO #MarketplaceManagement #AmazonAdvertising #ListingOptimization #EcommerceGrowth #BrandManagement #DigitalCommerce #BusinessGrowth #PerformanceMarketing #DataDriven #AmazonExpert #ScaleYourBusiness #EcommerceStrategy #GlobalSelling #OnlineRetail #ConversionOptimization #GrowthStrategy

Amazon Growth Case Study | From Low Organic Sales to $2.28M+ in Product Sales One of the biggest mistakes I see on Amazon is trying to scale advertising before fixing the foundation. In this account, the objective wasn't simply to “run PPC.” The real goal was to build a sustainable sales engine by combining SEO, PPC, conversion optimization, listing improvements, and continuous performance analysis. 📊 Performance shown in the dashboard: • 37,526 total order items • 40,851 units ordered • $2,281,139.08 in ordered product sales • $60.79 average sales per order item The Problem The account had an opportunity to generate significantly more sales, but organic visibility and sales were not reaching their potential. Instead of increasing ad spend blindly, I approached the account from A–Z. What I Managed 1. Amazon SEO & Keyword Strategy • Researched high-intent and relevant search terms • Improved keyword indexing and ranking opportunities • Optimized titles, bullets, backend search terms and product content • Monitored keyword movement and competitor positioning 2. PPC & Advertising Strategy • Structured campaigns around product, keyword and customer intent • Separated discovery from high-performing conversion campaigns • Continuously reviewed search-term performance • Reduced wasted spend by identifying irrelevant/low-value traffic • Managed bids according to conversion, CPC, profitability and sales potential 3. CPC Management CPC wasn't treated as an isolated metric. I evaluated CPC together with CTR, conversion rate, sales, ACoS/TACoS and keyword intent before making bid decisions. The goal was simple: Buy the right traffic—not just more traffic. 4. Conversion Rate Optimization More clicks don't matter if the listing doesn't convert. I focused on: • Main image & visual presentation • Title and bullet-point clarity • Product benefits and differentiation • Pricing competitiveness • Reviews and customer objections • Search intent → listing relevance 5. Organic + Paid Growth The strategy was to use advertising as an accelerator while improving organic visibility. Paid traffic helped generate additional sales and keyword data, while SEO and listing optimization worked toward stronger organic performance. That created a cycle: Better Listing → Better CTR → Better Conversion → More Sales → More Data → Better PPC → Stronger Organic Opportunity The Bigger Lesson Amazon growth isn't one metric. It's the relationship between: Traffic + CTR + CPC + Conversion Rate + ACoS + TACoS + Organic Ranking + Profitability. When these are managed together, advertising becomes more than an expense—it becomes a growth system. If you're an Amazon seller, brand owner, or agency struggling with PPC waste, high CPC, low conversion, weak organic sales, or inconsistent revenue, feel free to DM me “AUDIT.” I'll be happy to discuss where the biggest growth opportunities may be in your account.

Serverless Expense Tracker Development

📒 Expense Book A serverless, full-stack expense tracker built entirely on AWS — no servers to manage, no infrastructure to maintain. Add expenses, track spending by category, and view monthly reports, all backed by a pay-per-use backend. 🔗 Live Demo: https://roshni-expense-book.netlify.app 💡 Why I built this I wanted to understand serverless architecture from the ground up — not just read about Lambda and API Gateway, but actually wire them together, break things, read the CloudWatch logs, and fix them. This project is the result: a working expense tracker where every part of the stack — database, backend, API layer, and frontend — was built and debugged by hand. ⚙️ Architecture ┌─────────────┐ HTTPS ┌──────────────┐ Invoke ┌─────────────┐ Read/Write ┌──────────────┐ │ Frontend │ ─────────────▶ │ API Gateway │ ─────────────▶ │ Lambda │ ─────────────────▶ │ DynamoDB │ │ (HTML/CSS/JS)│ │ (REST API) │ │ (Python) │ │ (NoSQL) │ └─────────────┘ ◀───────────── └──────────────┘ ◀─────────────── └─────────────┘ ◀───────────────── └──────────────┘ Netlify Roshni stage 4 functions, Partition key: userId IAM execution role Sort key: expenseId Request flow: the browser calls a REST endpoint → API Gateway (with Lambda proxy integration) forwards the raw event to the matching Lambda function → the function reads/writes DynamoDB using an IAM role scoped for that access → the response is serialized back through API Gateway to the browser, with CORS headers so the request isn't blocked cross-origin. ✨ Features Add expenses with amount, category, description, and date View all expenses in a clean, ledger-style list Delete individual entries Auto-generated monthly report with category-wise totals Fully responsive UI, no frameworks — just HTML/CSS/JS talking directly to the API

AWS VPC Peering Project 📌 Overview This project demonstrates how to establish a VPC Peering connection between two Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) on AWS using the AWS Management Console. VPC peering allows resources in both VPCs to communicate with each other using private IP addresses, as if they were part of the same network. 🏗️ Architecture VPC A: 10.0.0.0/16 (Region: ap-south-1) VPC B: 192.168.0.0/16 (Region: ap-south-2) Peering Type: Different-region VPC Peering Connectivity: Private IP communication between instances in both VPCs 🛠️ Steps Followed Created two separate VPCs with non-overlapping CIDR blocks Launched an EC2 instance in each VPC Initiated a VPC Peering Connection request from VPC A to VPC B Accepted the peering connection request from VPC B Updated route tables in both VPCs to route traffic through the peering connection Updated security group inbound rules to allow traffic between the VPCs Tested connectivity between instances (ping/SSH) to confirm the peering worked. ✅ Result Instances in both VPCs were able to successfully communicate with each other using private IP addresses through the peering connection
