Carpool — Shared Rides & Smart Travel Platform Category: Travel · Mobility & Transportation Platform: iOS (iPhone, Mac via Apple Silicon, Apple Vision Pro) Project Type: Peer-to-Peer Ride Sharing App Live: (http://carpool4u.pk/)carpool4u.pk (http://carpool4u.pk) · App Store (https://apps.apple.com/pk/app/carpool-shared-rides/id6757470255) Project Overview Carpool (https://carpool4u.pk/) is a peer-to-peer ride sharing platform that connects car owners with empty seats to travelers heading in the same direction. Built and published by Cuboid, it's not a taxi service or a ride-hailing clone — it's a purpose-built platform for planned, comfortable shared travel that makes better use of cars already on the road. The Problem Every day, millions of cars move through cities and between them carrying one person when they could carry four. Existing transport options for intercity or planned commute travel in markets like Pakistan are either unreliable, uncomfortable, or overcrowded. Ride-hailing apps serve spontaneous short trips but aren't built for scheduled, longer-distance shared travel between real people. The gap wasn't in technology — it was in a platform designed specifically for intentional, planned carpooling that balanced the needs of drivers and passengers equally. Our Solution Carpool was built from the ground up for planned travel — not last-minute dispatch. Drivers post routes and available seats in advance. Passengers browse, book, and coordinate through the app. Everything from matching to messaging to payment happens within a single, clean interface. The platform is deliberately positioned around efficiency and trust, not commerce. Drivers aren't running a business — they're sharing a journey and offsetting costs. That distinction shapes every product decision, from how pricing works to how the community is framed. Key Features & Capabilities Ride Matching — Drivers post their route, timing, and available seats. Passengers find rides heading their direction and request to join. The matching logic prioritizes route overlap and scheduling compatibility. Advance Scheduling — Unlike ride-hailing, Carpool is built for planned travel. Both drivers and passengers confirm arrangements in advance, reducing uncertainty on both sides. Verified Drivers — Car owners go through ID and license verification before offering rides. This isn't optional — it's the baseline for being listed on the platform. Ratings & Reviews — Both drivers and passengers are rated after each journey, creating a transparent reputation layer that compounds over time. Female-Only Ride Preferences — Women can filter for rides offered by verified female drivers, addressing a genuine safety concern in the target market without making it a secondary feature. In-App Coordination — Messaging, booking confirmation, and payment all happen within the app. No WhatsApp threads, no cash awkwardness, no coordination outside the platform. Design & Experience Philosophy Carpool's UX is built around reducing friction at every decision point — finding a ride, evaluating a driver, confirming a booking, and traveling with confidence. The interface is clean and direct, designed for users across a wide range of technical comfort levels. Safety cues — verification badges, ratings, female-only filters — are surfaced visually rather than buried in settings. The product also communicates a clear environmental and social purpose: fewer cars on the road, lower fuel consumption, more efficient use of existing resources. That narrative is woven into the onboarding and marketing, not just an afterthought in the app description. Final Outcome Carpool demonstrates Cuboid's ability to build two-sided marketplace apps that handle trust, verification, real-time coordination, and payments — end to end. It's a product with a genuine social case behind it, built to a standard that holds up across iOS, macOS, and visionOS.

📌 Case Study: Candlestick Academy — Trading Chart Pattern Mastery App Category: Education · Finance & Trading Platform: iOS & iPadOS (iPhone, iPad, Mac via Apple Silicon, Apple Vision Pro) Project Type: Gamified Financial Education App Live: candlestick-academy.web.app (http://candlestick-academy.web.app) · App Store (https://apps.apple.com/pk/app/candlestick-academy/id6763744872) Project Overview Candlestick Academy (https://candlestick-academy.web.app) is a trading education app that teaches all 28 essential candlestick patterns through cinematic storytelling, live market simulation, and competitive battle modes. The positioning says it best: Bloomberg Terminal meets Duolingo. Built and published by Cuboid, it's a fully offline, no-subscription, no-ads product built for traders who are serious about developing real pattern recognition — not just memorizing definitions. The Problem Candlestick chart patterns are fundamental to technical trading, but the way they're typically taught — textbooks, static images, dry definitions — doesn't build the instinctive recognition that actually matters when markets are moving in real time. Traders end up knowing what a Hammer looks like on paper but freezing when they see one forming tick by tick on a live chart. Existing trading education apps either oversimplified the material for beginners or buried it in subscription paywalls and generic content libraries. There was no product that combined the depth of professional trading education with the engagement mechanics needed to make the learning actually stick. Our Solution Candlestick Academy was built around one premise: recognition is a skill, not a fact. The app develops that skill through three distinct learning modes — each targeting a different stage of pattern mastery — tied together with a gamified progression system that keeps traders coming back daily. The entire app runs offline, with no subscription and no ads. The product earns its place through quality, not lock-in. Key Features & Capabilities Live Market Simulator — A dark, terminal-style interface with tick-by-tick candle formation that mimics a real trading screen. Users watch patterns develop in real time, identify them, tap "SIGNAL!", and earn or lose ELO rating based on accuracy. Progression runs from Rookie to Pro, with each rank requiring genuine improvement. Story-Driven Pattern Learning — All 28 patterns are taught through market psychology narratives — the human stories behind why bulls and bears create each formation. A Doji isn't just a cross-shaped candle; it's a moment of genuine indecision between two forces with equal conviction. That framing makes patterns memorable in a way that definitions never do. Spaced Repetition Engine — Powered by the SM-2 algorithm, the same system used by serious language learners. The app schedules review of each pattern at the optimal moment for long-term retention, not just short-term recall. Adaptive Drills — The system identifies weak spots in a user's pattern recognition and rebuilds every 10-question session around those specific gaps. No two sessions are identical. Anatomy Drills — Users tap individual parts of a candlestick — wicks, bodies, shadows — and the app explains exactly what that price movement represents at that moment in market psychology. It teaches traders to read candles, not just recognise them. Pattern Matchup — Long-press any two patterns to see a side-by-side comparison of their visual structure and psychological sentiment. Particularly useful for distinguishing similar-looking patterns that signal opposite market moves. Battle Mode — Timed competitive sessions with a ×4 combo multiplier for streak accuracy. Fast pattern recognition under pressure is the specific skill that separates traders who hesitate from traders who act. Mastery Constellation — Progress is visualised as a growing galaxy of stars — each pattern mastered adds a star to the user's constellation. It's a visual representation of accumulated knowledge, not just a progress bar. Daily Challenges — A curated 5-question set each morning to maintain active recall and keep streaks alive without requiring long sessions. 63 Automated Tests — Every pattern in the app is validated against 63 automated tests to ensure mathematical correctness. In a domain where accuracy is non-negotiable, this isn't a feature — it's a baseline. Design Philosophy The visual language is deliberately terminal-dark — professional, focused, and built to look credible on a trading desk rather than playful in a gaming context. The gamification layer (ELO, battle mode, constellation, streaks) is present and engaging but never trivializes the subject matter. The product respects the user's intelligence throughout. Final Outcome Candlestick Academy demonstrates Cuboid's ability to build sophisticated educational products at the intersection of fintech and consumer mobile — combining rigorous content, adaptive learning algorithms, live simulation, and professional-grade design. It's a product that competes with established trading education platforms on every dimension that matters to a serious trader.

Overview OneBrain is a mobile AI super-app by DIGITX that ends the habit of switching between ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and a pile of single-purpose generators. You sign in once with Google or email, and the same app gives you a model-switching chat and a creation studio for images, video, voice and text utilities. The studio is built for generations that take a while: you can start a render, leave the app, and come back to a finished result. Key Features Multi-Model Chat (Unique): ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok and Leo sit in one picker. Switch models mid-conversation without leaving the thread. Streaming Responses: Replies arrive token by token, and each one can be copied, read aloud or downloaded. Voice Input: Type or speak, with language selection built into the message bar. Imagine (Image Generation): Six image models, with controls for aspect ratio, model and quality. Results land in a filterable gallery of images and videos. Video Generation (Unique): Eight video models in one grid: VEO, Runway, Hailuo 2 Fast, Seedance, Lightricks and Wan, among others. Premium models like VEO are gated by media tokens, with an upgrade prompt shown in context. Audio & Voice Studio: ElevenLabs-powered text-to-speech, speech-to-speech and voice cloning, with a searchable voice library split into Popular, My Voices and Cloned. AI Humanizer: A standalone tool that rewrites AI-sounding text so it reads like a person wrote it. AI Memory & Usage Controls: Personal memory settings, usage tracking, integrations and appearance options, all in one settings area. Persistent Library: Every generation is saved in one place. Tech Stack Flutter · Dart · BLoC · Firebase · Dio · Async Generation Pipeline · Persistent Job Queue · ElevenLabs · Google Sign-In Results Shipped to the Play Store as a working multi-model AI app: six chat models, 14 image and video generators, voice cloning and a text humanizer, all in one native mobile experience.

Activity: City-Based Activity Discovery & Booking Platform Activity is a Kuwait-based mobile platform built to make discovering and booking local experiences simpler. Instead of searching separately for movies, parties, events, games, workshops, kids’ activities, fitness sessions, food experiences, and other things to do, users can discover activities around them, choose a time slot, complete the booking, and manage everything from one app. The platform connects users with local vendors who organize activities around the city, turning activity discovery into a complete journey from finding something interesting to showing up for the experience. The problem Finding something to do often means checking multiple platforms, social pages, event listings, and individual booking services. The challenge was to create a single experience where users could discover different types of activities based on their location and interests, understand the available options, select a suitable time, make a payment, and keep track of their bookings without switching between different services. Activity brings those steps together by combining location-based discovery, search, filtering, time-slot booking, payments, favorites, and booking management in one mobile experience. My role Flutter development for iOS and Android UI/UX implementation for activity discovery and booking Location-based activity discovery and map integration Search, filtering, favorites, and activity browsing Booking and time-slot selection flows Payment and booking confirmation integration QR-based booking and attendance experience Quality assurance and release testing. Key features Location-based activity discovery Activity is built around discovering things to do nearby. Users can browse activities based on their location and use the interactive map to visualize available experiences around them. Activities can be filtered by location, type, and time slot. Activity discovery and categorization The app brings different types of experiences into one place, including movie screenings, parties, social events, indoor and outdoor games, kids’ activities, workshops, fitness, yoga, wellness, art, cooking, food experiences, and more. Search and advanced filters With a large and varied activity catalogue, simply displaying activities in a list would make discovery harder. Activity details and time-slot booking Once users find an activity, they can open its details, review the available information, select a preferred date, choose a suitable time slot, and book their spot. The supplied booking flow shows this progression directly: activity details → date selection → time selection → Book Now. Technical approach Mobile: Flutter, Dart Platforms: iOS and Android Core modules: Location services, map-based discovery, search and filters, activity catalogue, favourites, booking management, time-slot selection, payments, QR-based booking confirmation Integrations: Maps/location services, payment gateways, backend APIs Product areas: User discovery, activity/vendor listings, scheduling, booking, payment, and attendance The application was designed as a complete mobile booking experience rather than simply an activity catalogue, with the major product flows connected from discovery through attendance. Engineering and product decisions The biggest product challenge was balancing a large variety of activities with a simple discovery experience. A user looking for a specific activity should be able to search and filter directly, while someone who simply wants to find something interesting should be able to browse suggested, featured, and recently viewed activities. The booking flow was therefore kept closely connected to the activity itself: users move from the activity card to its details, select a date and available time, complete payment, and then access the reservation through My Bookings. The project's clearest product distinction is this end-to-end flow: discover something to do → choose when to go → book the spot → manage the reservation → show up with the booking confirmation. Outcome Activity shipped as a mobile activity discovery and booking application for the Kuwait market, connecting users with local vendors and experiences across entertainment, activities, workshops, wellness, food, and other categories. The Android application is publicly available on Google Play and was updated on April 5, 2026. The result is a single mobile experience that brings together local discovery, map exploration, search, scheduling, payments, favourites, booking management, and QR-based attendance. The product idea is simple: Find an activity. Book your spot. Just show up.

Built and shipped a collection of 16 Garmin watch faces and utility apps to the Connect IQ Store in collaboration with designer-developer Ivan Lukichev. My role covered the full publishing pipeline: writing app descriptions, preparing store listings, coordinating releases, testing on-device, and managing the submission process through Garmin's moderation. All 16 apps passed review on the first submission. The collection includes watch faces (Metric Rings, Progress Arcs, 1989 Sport LCD, Football 2026, and others) and utility data fields like Battery FIT. Apps are mostly free, actively downloaded, and have received 5-star reviews from users. More apps are currently in preparation. New one is up: Kreis. It came out of my cycling club near Salzburg. Every family bike day ends the same way - a few hundred photos scattered across phones and chats, and afterwards nobody can find anything. So we built one private album for one group. In September we tested it on the real thing: people scanned a QR code at the stations and their photos went straight into the shared album — no app to install, no account. A hundred by the evening. 154 now, because people kept adding theirs afterwards. It sorts photos by day on its own, keeps likes and comments next to the pictures, and holds everything in full quality. No ads, no tracking. Two of us built it: I do product, releases and support, my partner does web. On the App Store and Google Play — and the next features I'm building with my clubmates first. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/kreis-private-photo-groups/id6803855914 https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enidev.kreis

MushTrail helps you never lose your way in the forest. It records your path over GPS and always points you back home — fully offline, using just GPS and a compass. Built for mushroom foragers, it works for anyone who wanders off the trail. The idea and most of the engineering are Ivan's @Ivan Lukichev . I owned the part that takes a strong product and gets it into people's hands: • Localization into 8 languages (EN, DE, PL, FR, CS, FI, SV, RU) • Full ASO — names, subtitles, keywords, descriptions per locale • App Store Connect setup, subscriptions, and submission • Handling the App Review process end to end, including a Guideline 2.1 review round Result: approved and live on the App Store 🌲

I conducted comprehensive QA testing on Fuji.Trade (http://Fuji.Trade), focusing on critical user journeys including wallet connectivity, trading workflows, onboarding, and overall user experience. During testing, I identified multiple functional and usability issues that could impact user confidence and platform reliability. Each issue was documented with clear reproduction steps, expected behavior, actual behavior, severity, and supporting evidence to help streamline developer investigation and resolution. This project highlights my ability to identify high-impact issues in Web3 applications while improving usability, reducing friction, and supporting more reliable product releases.

I conducted a structured UX and QA audit of a SaaS landing page to identify usability issues, conversion blockers, and onboarding friction that could reduce user sign-ups. The audit focused on mobile responsiveness, call-to-action visibility, navigation, sign-up flow, form validation, content hierarchy, and overall user experience. Each finding was documented with clear observations and practical recommendations designed to improve usability, increase conversions, and create a smoother onboarding experience. This sample project demonstrates the quality, structure, and level of detail clients can expect from my Landing Page & Sign-Up Flow UX Audit service.

I went through it as if I were a founder deciding whether to hire you. This is the version I would publish. While testing Expirel as a public user, I identified a usability issue in the email verification flow that resulted in a confusing authentication error after successful verification. I documented the issue with clear reproduction steps, expected behavior, actual behavior, and testing environment details before submitting it to the product team. The team successfully reproduced the issue, acknowledged the UX concern, and later confirmed that the reported bug had been fixed. This case study demonstrates my approach to identifying reproducible issues, communicating them clearly, and contributing to product quality through structured QA and UX testing. If you’re building a SaaS, mobile, or Web3 product and want critical issues identified before your users find them, I’d be happy to help.
