The tower may act as a sculpture that interacts with its surroundings and explores materials and proportions. It can be walkable or exist purely as an object. Alternatively, it may serve as a viewing tower that harmonizes with its environment. This function requires thoughtful accessibility, possibly in the form of a staircase or other circulation elements. However, it is essential that the tower be constructed monolithically using bricks.

This development aims to establish a distinct identity and enhance urban quality. The design includes the creation of a contemporary usage concept for a socially and functionally mixed neighborhood, as well as a sustainable urban space, taking into account climate adaptation and existing building structures.

The focus lies on the question of how to deal with the architectural legacy in a responsible and future-oriented way. The aim is to develop strategies for a sustainable transformation that both enhance the existing structure and create new qualities for the site.
