I’ve launched development of MyUnion, a service for trade union organizations in Russia. There are 40,000+ unions nationwide that need modern tools for communication, reporting, and member engagement. My goal is to build a convenient, transparent ecosystem that improves operational efficiency and strengthens member participation. The first 100 organizations are anticipating the release by December 2025. Next—scaling and integration at the federal level. Tech & Infrastructure 1. Design: I created custom layouts in Figma (https://figma.com). 2. UI export: Builder.io (http://Builder.io) (Figma → code). 3. Backend: built in Cursor (https://cursor.com/). 4. Deployment: my VDS server, no Docker or Kubernetes. Costs (USD/month) – Figma — $15 – Cursor — $20 – VDS — $20
