Problem In sustainable demolition, one of the biggest challenges is tracking salvaged materials in real time. Most teams still rely on manual notes, spreadsheets, or memory. This creates serious problems: Materials get lost, miscounted, or incorrectly valued. Environmental impact can’t be measured or reported accurately In short, valuable salvaged resources slip through the cracks. Why It Matters Vema Deconstruction’s entire mission revolves around sustainability and circular construction. Every salvaged item recycled or resold reduces landfill waste, carbon emissions, and client costs. But without a streamlined system, the potential of material reuse is capped. Solution I built a single-page Salvaged Material Inventory App using Retool. https://omnilabs.retool.com/embedded/public/0d01e9bd-86f0-4b2a-bc44-0a33949c9b56

Contra & Bubble.io (http://Bubble.io) Challenge SAME is an interactive global platform built around one simple idea: every day, everyone gets the same question. I built this project to explore a different way for people to connect online. Instead of focusing on profiles, popularity, or social status, SAME focuses on perspectives. Users can answer the daily question in their own words, optionally add a photo, and become part of a growing collection of responses from around the world. The core experience is built around exploring those perspectives. Users can interact with the world, select different countries, browse responses from each location, and compare how people in different parts of the world answered the exact same question. The goal of SAME is to encourage curiosity and human connection. We often see other countries through news, statistics, or stereotypes, but a simple personal answer can create a much more human connection. Someone living thousands of kilometers away may have a completely different experience — or surprisingly similar thoughts and feelings. Over time, each new question adds another layer to the project. Previous questions and responses remain available, creating a growing collection of perspectives captured across different moments. Every answer is just one small piece — one thought, one feeling, one moment. But together, those pieces create something bigger: a picture of the world through the people who live in it. A little piece of you. A little piece of someone else. A little piece of the world.

Two Halloweens ago, I was given the opportunity to work with Uber Eats on a free candy promotion campaign, where I built the live website that updates each day with a new riddle to solve. The idea was simple, You solve the riddle 🎃, you get the candy. 🍬 The outcome was incredible! 👻 290,000 promo codes used in less than 8 hours! 🎃 2 million promo codes used by Halloween! 💀 44% new Uber Eats users! The campaign turned out to be a huge success, and was the most successful promo code campaign for Uber Eats grocery delivery! Ever! I hope to one halloween do something just as awesome again! Trick or Treat!

🎮 GameRx.ca (https://gameRx.ca) – A Hub for Gaming Wellness by TELUS This past summer, I helped bring GameRx.ca (https://gamerx.ca), a TELUS initiative, to life. A digital hub designed to promote wellness, balance, and community among gamers. The site blends clean design with smooth, game-inspired interactivity to make educational content engaging and accessible. Working as a Creative Developer, I was responsible for: Building the front-end architecture using React and Next.js, ensuring fast load times and responsive layouts across devices. Implementing GSAP-driven animations and micro-interactions to create a polished, modern feel without compromising accessibility. The result is a site that feels both playful and professional, aligning with TELUS’ mission to support healthier digital lifestyles within the gaming community.

🏓 King Pong VII – Playable Ping Pong Poster Back in 2018, Rethink Ideas wanted an interactive website to get employees excited for the annual King Pong tournament. I helped create a web-based interactive poster that turned your phone into a ping pong paddle — built with Three.js. By visiting the site, players could swing their phone like a real paddle to bounce a virtual ball, complete with motion detection and real-time physics. It was a playful way to bring tech and culture together, transforming an event poster into a mini-game that people couldn’t stop showing off. I also textured the ping pong ball in Substance Painter for the design team to use across other campaign visuals. It was an amazing tournament, even though I was terrible at ping pong! 😝

🌐 ICOM 2019 - The Power of Fusion In 2019, I had the opportunity to help create the digital experience for ICOM’s World Meeting in Vancouver, an annual global gathering of independent advertising agencies. As the Front-End Developer, I built the site’s interactive 3D hero element using Three.js and the Marching Cubes technique to bring the event theme, “The Power of Fusion,” to life. The morphing organic forms visualized the blending of cultures, ideas, and disciplines that define the ICOM network. It was a very fun, but technically challenging project to be part of, especially when optimizing the 3D experience for less powerful mobile devices back in 2019. When this site went live, visitors played with it for hours!
