Projects using Trackier in United StatesProjects using Trackier in United StatesBuilding Healthcare Products Is About More Than Shipping Features
Over the past few years, I've realized that healthcare is one of the few industries where engineering decisions have a direct impact on people's lives.
A symptom tracker is not just another form.
A lab report is not just another PDF.
A patient dashboard is not just another React screen.
Every decision affects privacy, trust, and patient outcomes.
Working on products like Vively, I've seen firsthand that building a healthcare platform means balancing product speed with compliance, security, and reliability.
That includes:
• HIPAA compliant architecture from day one
• Secure authentication and encrypted patient data
• Reliable APIs for wearables, labs, and health devices
• Scalable infrastructure that supports thousands of users
• Clean user experiences that patients actually enjoy using
Many founders focus on launching quickly, which is the right approach. But an MVP should never create technical debt that slows growth six months later.
The best healthcare MVPs are the ones that are built to evolve, not rebuilt from scratch.
If you're building in digital health, AI healthcare, remote patient monitoring, wellness, or metabolic health, I'd love to hear what you're working on.
What has been your biggest technical challenge so far?
