Working with Gpounj Consulting was a strong learning experience. Their clarity around how emerging technologies are reshaping software — especially through their GPX methodology — made collaboration straightforward and focused. I helped implement their website, supporting content structure, system flow, and integration of their proprietary AI chatbot. The project also involved aligning messaging for cross-border operations across the U.S. and Mexico, with full bilingual execution (English & Spanish). This engagement reinforced the importance of operational clarity, system thinking, and iterative delivery. The work is ongoing, and I look forward to continuing deeper collaboration as the platform evolves.

Built DITABOT.COM (http://DITABOT.COM), a work-in-progress custom shipping platform for a small-business client that needed enterprise-grade logistics without the complexity. Shipping is complex by default. Carrier rules, rates, labels, tracking, billing, and exceptions add up fast. Most small businesses aren’t shipping experts — and they shouldn’t have to be. We designed a guided, pay-as-you-go workflow that lets teams ship like pros: Multi-carrier rate comparison and shipment creation Order tracking, exceptions, and billing reconciliation Role-based admin controls and mobile-first UX API-ready foundation for integrations The goal isn’t cheaper shipping — it’s removing operational friction so small teams can compete with larger players. This project reflects my focus on product design, workflow UX, and real-world operations.

Building Risemate — an AI companion for teenagers navigating stress, anxiety, and social pressure in a digital-first world. Instead of trying to “remove teens from social media,” Risemate meets them where they are — with safe, guided AI support. What I built: AI chatbot using RAG, fine-tuned for teen mental-health topics Structured guidance with community resources and interactive content Voice-to-text input for accessibility and 24/7 mobile use Clean, friendly, mobile-first UX designed for teens Simple pricing model to reduce friction Built with mental-health professionals, parental consent, and COPPA-aligned compliance to ensure safety, privacy, and age-appropriate use. This project validates my work across AI product design, UX, and responsible deployment — not just visuals.

Building Albert Tailor-Made, my own live business, to validate how I design modern brands. This is a real lead-generation system, not a static site: • Premium web design with original photography • AI chatbot trained on services and pricing • Smart quote builder, forms, calendar, and WhatsApp • Journals, videos, lookbooks, and audio content I use this project to test UX, content, AI workflows, and conversion paths before deploying them for clients.::

I implemented Microsoft Clarity on ScholarScore to evaluate how real visitors navigate the platform and convert behavioral data into actionable product improvements. I analyzed aggregate engagement metrics, page depth, repeat usage, navigation patterns, dead clicks, quick backs, and anonymized session recordings. This research revealed specific friction points, including mobile layout overflow, review content being cut off on smaller screens, scholarship filters resetting after users opened an opportunity, and missing actions within the resource experience. I translated these observations into a prioritized improvement plan and implemented responsive-layout fixes, clearer navigation, stronger search functionality, improved error handling, and more accessible review results. This project demonstrates how I use real user behavior—not assumptions—to identify problems, prioritize product decisions, and improve a live digital experience while protecting user privacy.

I developed ScholarScore, a live AI-assisted platform that gives students structured, ethical feedback on scholarship essays without rewriting their work or replacing their authentic voice. I designed the complete review experience around the way scholarship committees evaluate essays. Each submission receives a readiness assessment, five-category score snapshot, first-impression analysis, identified strengths, specific improvement opportunities, reviewer takeaways, a final submission checklist, and personalized encouragement. The project required product strategy, prompt and guardrail development, user-experience design, subscription and authentication workflows, responsive interface development, error handling, PDF export, analytics integration, and live deployment. ScholarScore is designed to help students understand how their writing may be received and make stronger revision decisions while maintaining full ownership of their stories.

I created and manage ScholarScore’s searchable scholarship research database, which currently contains more than 1,700 state-specific and national opportunities gathered from public sources. Each opportunity is independently researched and converted into a standardized record containing eligibility requirements, award information, deadlines, application status, required materials, location restrictions, renewal details, competitiveness indicators, source notes, and direct application links. I also developed the database structure and user-facing search experience, allowing students to filter opportunities by state, education level, field of study, eligibility factors, award amount, application status, and other relevant criteria. This ongoing project demonstrates large-scale web research, source verification, data standardization, taxonomy development, quality control, and the translation of complex information into an accessible decision-support resource for students and families.

For this portfolio project, I evaluated seven dog-daycare and boarding alternatives serving the Auburn–Opelika market. I gathered public pricing, services, positioning, customer signals, and operational differentiators from first-party and supplemental sources. I organized the evidence into an auditable workbook with direct links and confidence labels, then translated the findings into a concise executive brief. The final recommendation identified an opportunity for a transparent, trust-led mid-market service offering structured enrichment, proactive owner updates, and calmer care options for senior, shy, or easily overstimulated dogs. This is a demonstration project using a fictional client and real public market information.

🚧 Work in Progress 🚧 Started building my entry for the #OmmaBuildathon! I wanted to see how far I could push AI-assisted development and then take over with my own coding. So far I've built an interactive healthcare experience featuring: ✨ Interactive 3D medical hub ✨ Responsive mobile-first design ✨ Accessibility-focused layout ✨ Custom HTML, CSS & JavaScript enhancements ✨ Expanding into multiple custom pages and features One thing I learned quickly: keep an eye on your credits! 😅 Even with AI doing the initial heavy lifting, there's still plenty of room to customize and make the project your own. I'm excited to keep refining this over the next several days. More updates coming soon! #OmmaBuildathon #BuildInPublic #WebDevelopment #Accessibility #HTML #CSS #JavaScript #Spline #Healthcare #SJSLeoUniversal

🏥 Excited to share the SJS Leo Universal Healthcare Design System, a project focused on creating a more accessible, connected, and patient-centered healthcare experience. Healthcare platforms often require users to navigate multiple systems, providers, portals, and services. This project explores how a unified design system can simplify those interactions while maintaining accessibility, consistency, and scalability. Features explored include: ✅ Accessible UI Components ✅ Patient & Caregiver Experiences ✅ Provider & Administrative Workflows ✅ Authentication & Security Flows ✅ Resource Discovery & Navigation ✅ Responsive Design Patterns ✅ WCAG-Focused Accessibility Considerations ✅ Scalable Design Tokens & Components This project reflects my passion for accessibility, healthcare technology, and designing systems that work for everyone—including individuals with disabilities, caregivers, providers, and support networks. Healthcare should be easier to access, easier to understand, and easier to navigate. 🚀 Officially sharing SJS Leo Universal Enterprise OS. This project was designed as a centralized operating system concept for businesses, organizations, freelancers, and growing teams who need a better way to manage operations from a single platform. The goal was simple: Reduce complexity. Increase visibility. Improve decision-making. Enterprise OS brings together multiple operational areas into one connected experience, including: ✅ Business Operations Management ✅ Team & Workforce Administration ✅ Contract & Document Tracking ✅ Tax & Compliance Management ✅ Subscription & Service Oversight ✅ Reporting & Analytics Dashboards ✅ Resource Management ✅ Accessibility-First Design Principles ✅ Mobile & Desktop Workflows What I enjoyed most about this project was thinking beyond individual screens and focusing on how an entire organization functions as a connected ecosystem. This project was published through Figma Community as part of my ongoing work in enterprise software, accessibility, business systems, and digital product design. View the project: SJS Leo Universal Enterprise OS https://www.figma.com/community/file/1649528228036108538/sjs-leo-universal-enterprise-os As I continue building healthcare platforms, accessibility tools, and business software, Enterprise OS remains one of the projects that shaped how I think about scalable systems and user-centered operations. #EnterpriseOS #BusinessSystems #SaaS #DashboardDesign #Figma #ProductDesign #UXDesign #UIDesign #Accessibility #BusinessOperations #StartupTools #SJSLeoUniversal
