Goal: Build a polished, scalable website platform for The PMO Leader — a global community for project portfolio/PMO professionals that delivers content, networking, professional development and membership services. The site needed to present high-value thought leadership, resources, and a clear conversion journey from visitor → member → subscriber.
My role: I took on full site design and build: mapping UX flows for different user types (e.g., aspiring PMO leader vs experienced executive), designing visual hierarchy for large volumes of content (articles, webinars, podcasts), setting up membership/subscription infrastructure (via Kajabi or similar) and ensuring responsiveness & performance across devices.
