Kantiv is a proposal and business development platform for architecture, engineering, and construction marketers. For the animation, I drew inspiration from architecture and construction while subtly incorporating a nod to AI through a flying spaceship that projects and assembles the logo. 🔊 Sound on!

Recently, I worked on a logo design project called Legend, an educational AI assessment company. The client suggested using a compass in the logo to convey a sense of direction, so I created a minimal and modern mark built around that idea. To make the presentation more engaging, I animated the entire Bento layout. Even though the logo remained a concept, it was still a great motion design exercise.

I'm a developer and I kept running into the same frustrating problem when delivering work to clients: I'd redesign a website, rework a layout, or overhaul a visual identity - and I had no good way to actually show what changed. I wanted something where I could upload a full-height before screenshot and a full-height after screenshot - the kind that are 4000-6000px tall - and let the client scroll through both, see exactly what moved, what was added, what was removed. Everything I found either cropped the image, didn't support full-page screenshots, or gave you a basic slider with zero context. So I built my own using Next.js, Firebase, Clerk and Stripe. Splice View (https://splice-view.com) allows you to: Upload full-height before & after screenshots (the entire page or design, not just what's visible on screen) Add numbered annotation boxes directly on the image to call out specific changes Share a single link with your client - no login required on their end They scroll through the full comparison and see exactly what changed and where It works for anything visual - website redesigns, landing page updates, UI mockups, graphic design revisions, app screens. If you deliver visual work to clients, this is for you. Right now it's desktop-optimized and focused on photo comparisons with annotations. We're still in the beta so you might find bugs. Video recording mode is in the works. The deal: You can use the app without restrictions. Carmen, a voice and text AI assistant that answers questions and captures leads 24/7, then emails and Telegrams the owners the second someone is interested. A self-serve inventory panel: the owners add, edit, or sell cars themselves, and the site and the AI update in seconds, no developer in the loop. Local SEO built to be cited by both Google and AI answer engines. The owner works the service bay himself and had no time to run a website. So I built one that runs itself. Human by Design: I make personalized gold jewelry on my own, and I built this promo for the challenge. I run Goldlett, a small name-necklace brand. I built a 20-second gift promo using Envato as the toolkit: stock video, a licensed track, fonts, and sound design. I also generated a few AI mood shots, but they felt flat next to the real thing, so I cut them. Every visual in the final is real footage or my actual product. The human moment came in the copy. The AI draft led with the product: 18 karat gold plated personalized necklace. Correct, but emotionally empty. Gift jewelry does not sell on specs, it sells on the thing you could not say out loud. So I cut the feature line and led with the feeling: a gift she will never take off.
