I created a web experience inspired by PS1 game UI, cyberpunk visuals and old internet aesthetics 👾 “UNKNOWN ARCHIVE” is a retro-futuristic inventory filled with posters, CDs and corrupted digital artifacts. I used Google Stitch to generate and evolve the interface with prompts and visual references, exploring motion, hover effects and a UI that feels alive. 🔗 Project: https://stitch.withgoogle.com/preview/9399905294660220176?node-id=f2d2e066aa814c768ee39d333e9008cf @stitchbygoogle #GoogleStitch #Cyberpunk #GameUI #WebDesign

I remember spending hours playing on my Game Boy Color. Putting in the cartridge, hearing those simple sounds, and entering a whole world made of just a few pixels felt like magic. Back then I wasn't thinking about creativity, design, or tools. I was just pressing Start and beginning an adventure. Then I had a thought: what if CapCut was a game? That’s how CapCut Pocket™ was born — a reimagined version of CapCut as a retro handheld game inspired by the Game Boy era. Instead of opening an editor, you enter a pixel-art world where every tool becomes part of the journey: Cut Zones, Template Worlds, Effect Labs, and new paths unlocking creative possibilities. The idea was to mix a childhood memory with something that is now part of my life: creating. Built with CapCut Design Studio ⚡ Project: https://www.capcut.com/ai-design?shareId=7644596427745787911

I’m taking part in the #CapCutDesignStudioChallenge and wanted to share a part of my creation process, even if it goes a bit off topic But since I used CCDStudio in an important part of this project, I thought it was worth sharing here I’m building an interactive PS1-style portfolio, and I used CCDStudio to create the character sprites In the process, I organized the character into different expression states like looking, talking, and blinking The idea was to treat each sprite as a “living state” of the interface, ready to be triggered in real time based on user interaction CapCut DesignStudio helped me quickly test visual variations, keep consistency between frames, and build a simple but expressive visual language designed for lightweight web animation It’s still an early-stage project, but I wanted to share this part because it might inspire other ways of thinking about sprites in interactive experiences Link: https://stedelboux-interactive-retro-avatar-portfolio-775902576268.us-west1.run.app/ #CapCutDesignStudio #Vibecoding #CreativeCoding #UXDesign

New FGV Undergraduate Website As Product Designer on the FGV Undergraduate Website project, I led the end-to-end design process to unify a fragmented digital ecosystem into a cohesive, user-centered platform. I mapped the full candidate journey, defined information architecture and structured the site based on real user needs and decision stages, from discovery to delivery, ensuring that key content and actions were easy to find. I translated research into navigable wireframes, conducted usability tests to validate assumptions and incorporated insights into the final UI, all while aligning the visual design with FGV’s design system to create a more intuitive, engaging and high-conversion experience.

Flexi | Modular framework for design systems Flexi is a modular framework that enables website content management using the design system in a user-friendly way, with a strong focus on user experience. It allows all components from the design system library to be integrated into the CMS, ensuring that content management follows the visual standards established in the MIV and adheres to usability best practices, while maintaining the personality and integrity of FGV’s visual communication.

Organic Performance Report I led the conception and execution of the organic performance report for the FGV Undergraduate website to understand how SEO, user behavior and conversion impacted overall results. I integrated data from Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyze traffic, sessions, clicks, impressions and rankings. I also used ChatGPT to support competitive SERP analysis and track sessions originating from ChatGPT, expanding insights into emerging discovery channels. To deepen user experience analysis, I reviewed behavioral data and satisfaction surveys through Hotjar. The synthesis of these sources generated actionable insights that fed a continuous UX / CRO optimization backlog, guiding testing initiatives, content improvements and conversion flows within an ongoing monitoring framework focused on growth.

User journey for the FGV Undergraduate website I led user journey mapping for the FGV Undergraduate website to improve conversion, engagement and clarity across the candidate experience. Analyzing the journey from awareness to post-registration, I identified friction points such as fragmented information and mobile usability issues. This informed UX and content hypotheses focused on centralizing admission details, standardizing course pages, highlighting key data like enrollment methods and deadlines, and strengthening storytelling through course differentiators and student experiences. These improvements reduced cognitive load, increased confidence, and guided candidates toward enrollment, contributing to higher engagement, smoother decisions, and a more conversion-driven experience aligned with FGV’s strategic goals.
