Goa Kombucha Flow Goa Kombucha Flow is a mobile-first production platform created to migrate the client’s operational spreadsheets into a practical web app that can be used directly from a phone in the production area. The goal was to make recipe management, batch tracking, stock control, and production decisions easier to handle on the floor: fewer scattered files, less back-and-forth, and a clearer workflow for preparing, following, duplicating, and documenting batches. The app centralizes product formulas, active productions, lot history, ingredient stock, deliveries, and PDF exports in one interface designed around the constraints of real production use: quick checks, readable screens, and reliable access from a mobile device. Because the platform handles confidential recipes, quantities, prices, and supplier information, the case-study screens shown here are intentionally anonymized while preserving the structure and workflow of the interface. Private event operations dashboard (Wedding Edition) I designed and built an elegant, private wedding invitation website showcasing hand‑drawn illustrations, with subtle animations, all key event details, and a dedicated RSVP experience for guests to confirm attendance, plus‑ones, dietary needs, and notes. To protect guests’ privacy, access is secured with a shared password. Behind the scenes, the back office is a full operations dashboard built to run the wedding end‑to‑end. It centralizes guest responses (RSVP status, plus‑ones, comments) and dietary requirements, and provides tools to plan seating arrangements and generate printable exports for vendors and on‑site coordination. Organizers can manage a structured timeline/agenda, track budget items, curate a shared playlist, and publish updates through a lightweight blog. The dashboard also includes email tooling (targeted sends, delivery history), role‑based access, and an AI assistant to streamline planning and day‑to‑day organization, with a super‑admin area to manage users, permissions, and invitation links for onboarding additional organizers. GOA — B2B Ordering Platform A custom ordering platform built for La Brasserie de GOA, a French craft kombucha producer, so its professional clients (restaurants, bars, grocers and retailers) can browse the catalogue and place orders online on their own. The platform connects directly to Easybeer, the brewery management software GOA already uses every day. Easybeer stays the single source of truth: products, customer-specific pricing and stock come from it, and every order goes straight back into it. There is no double entry and no second database to keep in sync by hand. Each client sees their own catalogue and prices in a clean, mobile-friendly interface built for quick reorders during a busy service. A dedicated back office gives the GOA team control over what clients see: product visibility, custom names, photos, out-of-stock flags and bulk invitations for client accounts. A built-in help guide lets the team manage the platform without technical support. The platform is built with Vue 3, TypeScript, Tailwind and shadcn-vue on the front end, with a Hono (Node.js) API that handles the Easybeer integration and runs on Firebase and Google Cloud. It is live in production and currently takes orders as quote requests.
