🎯 Built an intelligent lead qualification and CRM ingestion engine that automatically scores inbound leads using AI, eliminating manual data entry and ensuring high-value prospects reach sales teams instantly.

Sales teams waste hours sorting through low-quality form submissions and manually copying data into their CRM. Without instant data enrichment and lead scoring, high-intent prospects wait too long for a response — directly hurting conversion rates and lowering pipeline efficiency.
⚙️ The Solution
I engineered an automated lead-triage middleware pipeline using Make to completely bridge the gap between prospect intent and sales execution.
The moment a prospect submits a Google Form, the system captures the webhook payload and writes the record to a Google Sheets database. The system then invokes OpenAI via API to parse, evaluate, and score the lead against specific ideal customer criteria. High-intent leads are dynamically fast-tracked directly into HubSpot CRM as structured contacts with AI-generated qualification notes.

Instant Form Webhook Processing: Captures incoming lead payloads with zero lag or data drops
Algorithmic AI Lead Scoring: Configured semantic context prompts inside OpenAI to evaluate lead potential and output an objective numerical priority tier
