CalmPath is a hyper-focused micro-app designed to support users during specific moments of mental overload, such as anxiety, overthinking, decision fatigue, and creative burnout. Instead of overwhelming users with content, the app guides them through a short, step-by-step experience focused on grounding, reframing, and one small actionable step. The AI is intentionally minimal, calm, and non-intrusive, prioritizing emotional safety and clarity over engagement.
