The project also covers fixing or replacing an AI chatbot, customizing the cart with product add-ons (additional cover sets), and resolving technical SEO issues from Ahrefs audits (404s and broken links). On the product page, I’m improving information presentation by replacing static bullet lists with visual, interactive elements like accordions and icons to improve clarity and conversion.

I was hired to redesign the store, focusing on implementing clear calls to action, redesigning the hero section, updating typography, optimizing styles, developing the “blind date” feature with a custom book-recommendation algorithm, and creating a custom filter to help customers select books more easily.
