Drop The Routine can be fully white-labeled for businesses and clinics. This version was customized for a prominent sports physical therapy group here in Southern California — giving their patients (and athletes around the world) a seamless way to follow prescribed physical therapy routines, complete with videos, instructions, and progress tracking. It allows practitioners to: 🏥 Assign step-by-step recovery routines directly to patients 📱 Track engagement and outcomes through the app 💬 Educate patients between visits and reinforce accountability Built with React Native and AWS — scalable, branded, and deployable in days.

Excited to share this one! Drop The Routine is a web and mobile platform where routines can be built, shared, monetized, and followed. It gives creators and specialists a new way to turn their expertise into income — and gives their followers structured, step-by-step routines designed for real results. Built-in progress tracking helps users stay consistent and accountable. From skincare and haircare to fitness, nutrition, and personal finance — Drop The Routine empowers creators across every niche to help their audiences follow through. This screen shows the creator landing page — where we introduce the platform’s vision and invite experts to join early. I built this with React/Chakra UI/Next.JS, all served and hosted on AWS infrastructure.

I built Didja — a minimalist habit tracking app — to help me achieve my longterm goals by holding me accountable to daily action. It lets users define their goals, create daily or weekly routines that support them, and stay accountable through simple, structured tracking that promotes action. I designed it to be clean, distraction-free, and genuinely enjoyable to use. I finished it a few months ago, but I still use it everyday!

Alright, here we go. I've been working solo on v2.0 of my personal iPad app for inspiration and daily organization called SuperStash. Using Figma MCP, Cursor, and Claude Sonnet 4.5, I'm currently beta testing to finalize before launch. It's an infinite canvas tool (draw anywhere with Apple Pencil) that includes a built-in web browser with preloaded inspiration sites. Save images to the canvas, organize them, and share. Stay on top of your to-do list (syncs with Reminders) with built-in widgets and a Pomodoro timer. If you're interested in testing, please DM me and I'll send you an invite. Just getting started with Contra, so any helpful hints would be great too!

Finally took time to document my work properly. Last decade building products bridging physical and digital: connected medical devices, 3D printers, smart implants, consumer electronics. Zero-to-one builds, scaling teams, shipping things that matter. This year I went deep: detailed case studies for Hero Health, MakerBot, and Canary Medical. The wins, the process, what I actually did. Years of work condensed into a few scrolls. Also added 2025 builds—including Superstash, a native iPadOS app I designed and developed solo using AI-assisted tools. Design to code, at a pace that used to require a team. If you're curious what a decade+ of product work looks like: https://jneal.vercel.app

PrintShop is my all-time favorite consumer experience we brought to life at MakerBot. As the company pushed 3D printing into the consumer market with the new Mini Printer, we developed an end-to-end iPad app that made 3D printing accessible to everyone. Users could browse top models from Thingiverse, customize wearables, and purchase high-quality models from our digital store—all without any modeling skills required. The icing on the cake was Shape Maker, a feature that let anyone draw on paper, snap a photo, and transform it into a 3D model. Check out the video featured on my profile to see it in action.

In terms of social impact, Hero helped members live their best lives by ensuring they took their medication on time. I joined the company to design and develop the consumer experience from end-to-end with a tight-knit team right from the start. We focused on two key sprints: Setup: Onboarding accounts, setting up schedules, and loading the medication dispenser with pills. Day-to-day usage: How members get notified when it's pill time, dispensing meds, and what happens if they miss a dose—cue the caregiver experience. Incredibly complex digital/physical interactions made simple. Sometimes when you're grinding, you don't realize the impact until a member reaches out and says: "I want to say how this machine has changed my life! Because of Hero I've not had a seizure in months."
