I recently opened up my project archives to do exactly this. What started as a simple modeling exercise evolved into a full lighting and material study. I used this session to refine the metal textures and dial in the studio lighting, all within Blender.

The website lacked conversion intent, organic visibility was near-zero, and there was no structured growth framework in place. The brief was clear: fix the foundation, then build on it. Website Design & CRO Rebuilt the site architecture with a conversion-first approach — restructuring the user journey, tightening messaging hierarchy, and reducing friction at key decision points. Page load performance was improved by 40%, and the redesigned landing pages saw a 28% uplift in on-page engagement within the first 60 days post-launch. SEO Conducted a full technical and content audit. Identified and resolved crawl issues, improved internal linking structure, and built a keyword strategy targeting high-intent, mid-competition terms relevant to their niche. These animated illustrations were showcased on television and social media in the lead-up to the book's release. I particularly enjoyed animating Trouble the cat and the title reveal. We then created work for the paperback edition and a special, festive holiday social video with Trouble the cat in a santa hat. The title lockup took inspiration from murder scene outlines and which then fill in with a liquid looking effect.

Inspired by the Summer of Love-style psychedelia and the cool animation styles of that era, I had an absolute blast diving into every tiny detail to make them burst with personality. Using the beat as an anchor to time each movement was really importnt. Then, taking each item and offsetting an path or a section really brings it to life. I used C4D's sketch and toon feature to create this swirling effect. It was such a cool addition!
