Developed a dedicated web platform for Mary Brown’s Chicken – Lahore branch, designed to enhance their digital presence and streamline customer engagement. The website features a modern, branded interface showcasing their full menu, deals, and promotions, with an easy-to-use ordering flow tailored for the local market. We implemented a robust backend for menu management, order handling, and customer communication, ensuring fast performance and mobile responsiveness. The platform allows the Lahore branch to independently manage updates, highlight offers, and deliver a smooth online experience aligned with the Mary Brown’s global brand standards. DocMorph AI is a full-stack web application designed to eliminate manual data entry. It ingests locked, scanned PDFs, runs advanced Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and reconstructs the data into clean, editable Microsoft Word documents.
The Challenge:
Standard OCR scripts frequently fail or crash the server when attempting to process large, multi-page PDFs due to massive RAM consumption. The client needed a lightweight, scalable solution that wouldn't time out during heavy workloads.
The Solution:
I architected a decoupled monorepo system. The frontend was built with React for a seamless, drag-and-drop user experience. For the backend, I engineered a custom Node.js/Express.js server utilizing Tesseract.js. To ensure stability, I developed a custom text-chunking algorithm that slices the PDF into manageable data streams, processes them safely, and stitches the final layout together into a downloadable .docx file. What We Built
A full-featured live streaming and creator monetization platform built on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js), with ZEGOCLOUD integrated for real-time video. Creators can go live instantly, schedule streams, and upload teasers; viewers can comment, like, and — at the Premium tier — join streams as guests. The platform runs three subscription levels (Basic, Standard, Premium), each unlocking a different slice of content, plus a referral system where each creator's unique link automatically grants new signups a 7-day trial locked to that creator — turning every creator into a growth channel.
