The Problem: Patients had to call the clinic to book appointments. Receptionists wasted time on the phone. Patients had no idea how long they'd be waiting. What I Built: A professional clinic website with a "Book Now" button powered by VIXIT automation — patients fill a form, pick their reason for visit, and the system handles everything from there. How it works end to end: Patient clicks Book Now → fills form with details and reason for visit Receptionist and doctor get instant notification Patient receives a Token Number automatically When they arrive, the clinic's Live Queue TV screen (powered by VIXIT) shows real-time token updates Patients sit calmly in the waiting room — they know exactly when their turn is coming Result: Zero phone calls for bookings.
