Just wrapped up Verifi, a compliance platform helping UK schools stay inspection-ready. What started as a spreadsheet based process became a fully interactive product designed around one question: "Are we inspection ready right now?" Instead of adding more dashboards, I focused on simplifying verification workflows, improving visibility, automating audit trails, and introducing AI assisted document verification.
