AI-powered platform that helps users write their own book and record it as a professional-quality audiobook. URL: mylifetimetale.co.uk (http://mylifetimetale.co.uk) Project Overview Produced a SaaS explainer video for My Lifetime Tale, designed to communicate the platform's core value in a short, clear, and visually engaging format โ€” helping potential users quickly understand how the tool turns their personal stories into a finished book and audiobook. Objective Break down a two-part product (AI book writing + audiobook recording) into a simple, benefit-led narrative that builds trust and drives sign-ups, without overwhelming first-time viewers with feature detail. Process Mapped the user journey from "blank page" to "finished audiobook" to structure the video's narrative arc Wrote a script and shot list focused on the platform's two key value pillars: AI-assisted writing and audiobook narration Generated supporting visuals and motion sequences using Google's Gemini 2.0 Flash ("Omni Flash") for AI-driven scene and asset generation Edited and assembled the final cut, syncing visuals, pacing, and (if used) voiceover/audio to match the explainer format Tools Used Google Gemini 2.0 Flash (AI visual/scene generation) Editing software, Premiere Pro Deliverable A short-form SaaS explainer video introducing My Lifetime Tale's book-writing and audiobook features to prospective users. Outcome More client feedback, usage on landing page, conversion impact, etc. โ€” once available

Turning
Towards Eternity โ€” Podcast Trailer Turning a Powerful Conversation Into a Cinematic Experience For this project, I created a cinematic podcast trailer designed to capture attention, build curiosity, and communicate the emotional weight of the conversation in a short-form format. The edit combines story-driven video editing, cinematic pacing, motion graphics, visual storytelling and detailed sound design to turn selected moments from the conversation into a compelling visual narrative. What I Worked On Cinematic podcast trailer editing Visual storytelling Story-driven pacing Advanced motion graphics Animated typography Dynamic captions B-roll & supporting visuals Cinematic sound design Music selection & audio mixing Color grading Transitions & visual effects Creative Approach I treated the trailer as a short cinematic story, rather than simply cutting together the strongest clips. The pacing, visuals, typography, sound effects and music were carefully built around the dialogue to create tension, emotion and curiosity. Every element was designed to support the conversation and make the viewer want to discover the full story. The Goal Create a trailer that feels cinematic, emotionally engaging and memorable โ€” while making the audience curious enough to watch the complete conversation. Deliverables Cinematic podcast trailer Story-driven video editing Advanced motion graphics Animated typography & captions Visual storytelling & B-roll Sound design & audio mixing Color grading Cinematic transitions & visual effects This project represents the kind of work I enjoy most combining editing, motion design, sound and storytelling to turn a conversation into a powerful visual experience.

Turning Podcast Conversations
Podcast Case Study Turning Podcast Conversations Into Engaging Visual Stories A strong podcast edit is more than cutting conversations together. The goal is to keep the viewer engaged while making the story, emotions and key ideas feel visually compelling. For this project, I transformed long-form podcast footage into a dynamic, story-driven edit using visual storytelling, motion graphics, sound design and cinematic pacing. What I Worked On Podcast video editing Visual storytelling Story-driven pacing Advanced motion graphics Animated typography Dynamic captions B-roll & supporting visuals Cinematic sound design Music selection & audio mixing Color grading Transitions & visual effects Creative Approach I focused on making the conversation feel like a visual story rather than a simple talking-head video. Key moments were strengthened through motion graphics, typography, B-roll, sound design and carefully timed visual transitions. The pacing was designed to maintain attention while keeping the speaker and the core message at the center. Goal The goal was to create a cinematic, engaging and retention-focused podcast edit that makes the conversation more compelling to watch from beginning to end. Deliverables Full podcast video edit Visual storytelling Motion graphics & animated typography Dynamic captions B-roll & supporting visuals Sound design & audio mixing Color grading Transitions & visual effects The final edit combines storytelling, motion design, sound and pacing to turn a long-form conversation into a polished and engaging viewing experience.
