What went into it: Complete product catalog with individual product pages (rechargeable hand juicer, scalp massager, crystal table lamp, and more) COD (Cash on Delivery) and online payment support, free delivery across India Meta Pixel & conversion tracking setup for ad campaigns — tracking Add to Cart, Purchase events Actively running Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns to drive traffic and sales, testing product-market fit across multiple products Full ownership of design, development, product sourcing decisions, and ad strategy This project shows my ability to not just build an e-commerce site, but run it as a real business — from tracking setup to live ad campaigns, iterating based on actual sales data and performance.

Key features: Add, edit, and remove tour packages, treks, and destinations directly from the dashboard Manage pricing, itineraries, and package images without touching code Update trip enquiry form submissions and track leads coming in from the website Control which packages/collections appear on the homepage (Top 10 destinations, Offbeat Escapes, etc.) Simple, non-technical interface — built specifically for a client with no coding background This was built alongside the main website (which I also designed and developed from scratch) and paired with Meta Ads to drive traffic — giving the client full control over content while I focused on marketing and technical maintenance.

KYNA Physiotherapy — Clinic Website (Design + Full-Stack Development + Ads) I handled the complete build for KYNA Physiotherapy, a physiotherapy clinic based in Patiala, Punjab — from Figma design all the way through frontend, backend, and paid ads, end to end. The site covers the clinic's full range of services — sports rehab, ortho and neuro physiotherapy, manual therapy, dry needling, cupping therapy, and women's health — across their three locations in Patiala, Samana, and Sangrur, with a free-consultation booking flow to convert visitors into appointments. Since I owned both design and development, the site was built to match the clinic's actual positioning (led by Dr. Sorabh & team) with strong local SEO targeting for "physiotherapy in Patiala" and related searches. On top of the build, I also ran ads to drive consultation bookings, giving the clinic a complete acquisition system rather than just a static website. This project reflects my ability to independently own a project end-to-end — UI/UX design, full-stack development, and paid marketing — without needing a separate team for each piece.

I designed and developed Himaani Holidays, a Himachal-focused travel agency website, entirely from scratch for just $1,200. The site includes destination-wise tour packages, treks, curated regional collections (Rajasthan, Kashmir, Goa, Leh-Ladakh, and 10+ other regions), a reviews section, and a "Plan Your Trip in 60 Seconds" lead-capture form that generates direct trip enquiries. The build spans multiple dynamic pages — packages, treks, reviews, about, and contact — along with a custom admin panel so the client can manage packages, treks, and content on their own without relying on a developer for every update. After launch, I also ran Meta Ads specifically targeting trip enquiries, which brought in steady leads and bookings for the client. This project showcases my combined skill set — full-stack web development paired with paid ads and conversion tracking — delivering not just a website, but a system connected to real business results.
