Cover image for The Challenge: My client was missing
The Challenge: My client was missing important follow-ups because their inbox was a 'catch-all' for junk, newsletters, and critical client requests. The Fix: I didn't just delete emails; I built a system. I unsubscribed from the noise, set up automated filters, and created a simple 'Traffic Light' folder system: 🔴 Action Needed Today 🟡 Pending/Waiting on Others 🟢 Archive/Reference The Result: We cleared the backlog in 48 hours. Now, the client only sees what actually matters, and nothing ever slips through the cracks. It’s about giving a busy person their focus back.

ByMichellePfefferCo. is officially live. After 20 years in high-stakes operational infrastructure, I’ve seen how organizational chaos costs founders their vision. I don’t just ‘assist’—I restore systems to clinical-grade order. Excited to be part of the Contra Pro community and connect with founders ready for a true executive partnership. 💋✨

Cover image for For a high-growth founder, "time"
For a high-growth founder, "time" is the most expensive asset. This project focused on high-stakes inbox management and calendar defense. I implemented a strict triage protocol, acting as the primary point of contact for all external stakeholders. By filtering inquiries and synthesizing complex requests into simple decision points, I removed the executive from the "weeds." Achieved and maintained "Inbox Zero" daily and reduced the executive’s meeting load by 30%, allowing them to focus exclusively on revenue-generating strategy.
